Paralegal
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to closing attorneys in file management
- Pulls reports necessary for closing
- Orders and follows up on title orders
- Prepares and compiles loan documentation in accordance with both internal and SBA requirements as directed by closing attorneys
- Gains familiarity with various loan structures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan closings, particularly extensive familiarity with SBA loan documentation
- Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation
- Highly proficient with file management and PDF software, and MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow orders from senior legal staff and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal certificate preferred
Salary Range
$60,000 to $75,000 per year

About the Role
