Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and emergencies.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure comprehensive support.
• Document all interactions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or legal support role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques is a plus.
