Responsibilities
- Organize records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format.
- Prepare medical record chronologies.
- Analyze and review of case documents in order to assist in deposition and trial preparation.
- Contact clients, witnesses, experts, third parties, and opposing counsel to obtain information pertinent to the case matter.
- Assist attorneys in research, drafting pleadings, subpoenas for records, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, and motions while under supervision.
- Work closely with legal assistants to schedule and calendar for attorney depositions and activities related to depositions (i.e. court reporter, witnesses, opposing counsel).
- Track all requests made for documents and records, follow up on the status of requests, and verify receipt of documents and records.
- Record all billable and non-billable time spent on case files and client matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate
- 3+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience
- Significant knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and procedures
- Proven litigation skills
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills

This is a full-time position, which may have flexible options for a hybrid schedule.
