About the role
Join a Two-Time 2025 Award-Winning Team 38-hour Workweek | Half Day Every Friday Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience, and qualifications)
Responsibilities
- Assist with the initial drafting of estate planning documents
- Fund trusts with client assets
- Meet and communicate with clients and their professional advisors
- Prepare deeds and related transfer documents
- Maintain and manage client files and records
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal work experience
- Current ABA-approved paralegal certificate, or attorney attestation
- Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and proofreading abilities
- High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment
Preferred
- Five or more years of experience as a Paralegal
- Experience in estate planning, including drafting revocable living trusts and other foundational estate planning documents
- Familiarity with WealthDocs, NetDocuments, and LawBase
