About the role

The position is a contract role based out of New York, NY, with an anticipated closing date of September 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Perform document review and contract management.
• Support litigation processes and compliance functions.
• Interpret legal concepts and provide clear explanations.
• Draft and proofread legal documents with high accuracy.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies in workflows.
• Provide feedback on complex content and legal findings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Paralegal, Legal Analyst, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or related legal fields.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Skills

• Strong legal writing, proofreading, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with legal research methodologies and statutory interpretation.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technology.
• Experience within law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance teams, or government agencies.
• Ability to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and legal risks.
• Advanced written communication and editing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $125.00 - $125.00/hr.

Schedule
