About the role
The PARAEDUCATOR will provide support services to students in various educational settings within the Mohegan School.
Responsibilities
- Support students with special needs
- Assist teachers with classroom management
- Provide academic assistance to students
- Help implement school policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of special education techniques
- Ability to use assistive technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
