We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. So we should drop the "Application:" paragraph and the "The information contained..." line, and maybe the "Date of Service:" line? It's metadata but not a heading; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short

for metadata like Department, Reports to, Date of Service, etc. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Substantive includes duties, qualifications, salary, work hours. The metadata like Department, Reports to, Date of Service might be considered minor; we could either drop or include in a short paragraph. The instruction says "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

that contains Department, Reports to, Date of Service maybe. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So we will not have

    Paraeducator, Lead Program

. We'll start with sections. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from SUMMARY), Responsibilities (from ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES), Requirements (maybe Education And/Or Experience?), Qualifications (maybe Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Computer Skills, Reasoning Ability, Other Skills And Abilities), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits (none given), Pay (Salary given), Schedule (Work Hours given). According to rule: only include a section when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Pay and Schedule sections because they have specific content. Benefits: none given, so omit. We need to avoid thin sections; prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Qualifications" section that includes education, experience, language, math, computer, reasoning, other skills, physical demands, work environment? But the instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (education/experience + skills), Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" could be part of Qualifications or maybe separate but they'd be thin. Better to incorporate them into Qualifications as subpoints. We must use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we should list each duty as
    • . For qualifications we could list each requirement as
    • . For skills maybe also list. We must use

for prose. So summary can be a

. Also maybe a short metadata paragraph. We must not repeat the job title as heading. So we start with maybe a

for metadata: Department, Reports to, Date of Service. Let's extract substantive info: - Department: Stafford Elementary School - Reports to: SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER - Summary: Assist in small group and individual pupil instruction. - Essential duties/responsibilities list: - Assist students with instruction under the direction of the special education teacher. - Assist teacher in maintaining discipline. - Assist teacher with instructional activities. - Escort students from room to room. - Toileting students is sometimes required. - Involves work with both special education and regular students. - Assist teaching staff in the implementation of IEP. - Supervise students while they are at recess and lunch. - Assist students with classroom assignments. - Copy materials for instructional purposes. - Assist teacher in filing material and preparing all necessary paperwork. - Alert teachers to problems that may be observed. - May require supporting with toileting of students. - PMT required (maybe "PMT required" stands for something like Physical Management Training? We'll keep as is.) Note there is duplication: "Toileting students is sometimes required." and later "May require supporting with toileting of students". Both mention toileting; we should keep both as they are separate statements but similar. We should not remove duplicated lines unless they are exact duplicates? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. These are not exact duplicates but similar. Might keep both. - Qualification requirements: Education And/Or Experience: - High School Diploma or General Education Degree. - Two years of college credit OR hold an associate's (or higher) degree; OR successful completion of a paraprofessional assessment which assesses content knowledge in mathematics, reading and writing and an understanding of how to assist in the instruction of these topics (Parapro Assessment). - Language Skills: - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. - Ability to write simple correspondence. - Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. - Mathematical Skills: - Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. - Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. - Computer Skills: - Basic knowledge and experience with job related computer hardware and software applications. - Reasoning Ability: - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. - Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. - Other Skills And Abilities: - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the community. - Ability to perform duties with awareness of district requirements and Board of Education policies. - Physical Demands: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, and talk or hear. - The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. - The employee must be able to push items of fifty (50) pounds, such as pushing children on a bike or wheelchair or moving/rearranging furniture. - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. - When doing heavier lifting, the employee should do so with assistance. - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and
