We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide mapping.
- About the role: position summary.
- Responsibilities: essential duties list.
- Requirements: maybe education and experience? Could be "Required Qualifications" (education/experience) and "Additional Requirements". Could be under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine.
- Skills: maybe knowledge/skills/abilities (including cultural competence, physical demands, work conditions, etc.) but we need to decide.
- Benefits: from Level Of Compensation: benefits list.
- Pay: maybe not given explicitly; only says "Paraeducator position on the PSE Salary Schedule." No specific pay amount, so we should NOT create Pay section because no specific pay stated. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we can include Benefits. Pay not stated, so omit Pay.
- Schedule: WORK SCHEDULE is stated: "This is a school year assignment. Hours and days will vary slightly from school to school." That's specific enough, so we can include Schedule.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule.
We need to avoid thin sections; but we have content.
Now we need to decide what goes into each.
Requirements: Education and experience + Additional Requirements (maybe also Condition Of Employment? That seems like conditions of employment, could be under Requirements or Qualifications. But Condition Of Employment includes many items like background check, trainings, etc. Those are more like requirements for employment. Could be under Requirements.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications.
Skills: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (including cultural competence, physical demands, work conditions, maybe also abilities list). Could be under Skills.
But we need to avoid duplication.
Let's structure:
