Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and place orders in a cheerful and energetic atmosphere.
• Keep the dining area tidy and prepare delicious frozen custard treats.
• Ensure each guest's visit is a great one through outstanding hospitality.
• Prepare food items according to recipes and adhere to production prep lists.
• Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cut, slice, and peel items as per the prep list.
• Store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling.
• Follow brand standards for food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices.
• Restock kitchen supplies and plan food supplies as directed by the supervisor.
• Report necessary equipment repairs and maintenance to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards.

Requirements

• Ability to use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and production prep lists.

Pay
