Overview And Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated PAP Resupply Order Filler to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for pulling product for patient orders with an allotted proficiency level. This position engages in a variety of warehouse and business transactions that are critical to the operation of the Murray Distribution Center including supporting the accurate and timely supply of products to the Company's patient base. The PAP Resupply Order Filler position engages internal stakeholders to fulfill their duties as described below.

Essential Job Duties

  • Fulfills all orders daily in accordance with departmental policies, procedures and goals
  • Check all pulled orders for accuracy
  • Distinguish between similar products with 100% accuracy
  • Utilize a computer and operate select functions within the Warehouse Management System
  • Maintains a dialog with team lead to address low stock levels
  • Reports any issues with order quantities
  • Reports any shortages
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors and other departments both verbally and in writing to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
  • Establish relationships with department peers and other departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse working environment
  • Works well with a team and all coworkers
  • Assist with special projects and other departments in line with business needs
  • Volunteers and performs other duties as required or assigned
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Practices safe work habits, ensuring a safe work environment

Qualifications

Employment is contingent on Background check (company-wide). Results will not be used automatically to disqualify individuals. Drug screen (when applicable for the position). Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (when applicable for the position). Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position).

Required Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Experience with medical equipment, preferred
  • Experience in medical field and distribution, preferred
  • One year of related work experience, preferred
  • Medical terminology, preferred

Physical Demands

  • Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling
  • Frequent twisting, pulling and reaching
  • Lifting minimum is 50lbs
  • Use hand held devices (RDT)
  • Manipulate pallets of products using a hand truck, forklift or other equipment
  • Accessing product using approved safety stairs
  • Clearly read small print on forms and product labels
  • Extensive walking and working on one's feet for extended periods of time
  • Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening
  • Warehouse and office environment; primarily indoors, but some outdoor work may be required
