PANTRY COORDINATOR (PART TIME)
About the role
Canteen is hiring part-time PANTRY COORDINATOR positions at Invesco - 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10280. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office pantries by stocking beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, and other amenities to established inventory levels, ensuring products are organized, fully replenished, and presentation-ready.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate products using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices, inspect expiration dates, and properly store perishable items to maintain food safety and product quality.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee and water equipment, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating service repairs when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized storage area while managing inventory replenishment to ensure adequate product availability and uninterrupted service for clients.
Requirements
- Previous food service and customer service experience required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Pay
$19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include ensuring all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion, maintaining and performing product inventory, understanding menu offerings, creating, modifying, or closing individual sale checks via electronic tablet, adhering to all safety and sanitation policies, and performing other duties as assigned.
