Role Overview

The Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold food items, including salads, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers, while ensuring a superior dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as indicated on the schedule and maintain a clean, compliant uniform.
• Prepare all food according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards.
• Follow proper food safety techniques, including personal hygiene, hand washing, glove use, and knife skills.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area (prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, shelving).
• Adhere to safety guidelines, report unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.
• Know and follow emergency procedures for the restaurant.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
