Responsibilities

• Prepares cold foods such as salads and desserts.
• Runs the fryer, preparing appetizers and fires.
• Maintains efficiency in plating and food presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness of work station.
• Fulfills Brown Iron recipes.

Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 30 lbs.
