Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and storage areas.
• Aid the kitchen team with food preparation as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred.

• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
