Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate cold food items with precision
  • Salads, Raw Bar items, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to the team and guests
  • Operate under standard operating procedures and core values
  • Prepare, execute, and present food to Buck & Rider brand standards
  • Maintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen, and bar areas
  • Mark, date, and rotate all products
  • Maintain production and cleaning schedules
  • Remains organized and maintains a neat, organized workspace

Requirements

  • Ability to read recipes and follow instructions, measurements, etc.
  • Keen eye for plating and presentation
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • 1+ years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
  • Able to spend long periods on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
