About the role

Panera Bread is hiring friendly, high-energy team players to join our café teams as Associates – Crew Members. You’ll help create the warm, welcoming experience Panera is known for—whether serving guests in customer service (cashier) or preparing food behind the scenes in food production (line). No late nights, no grease, no alcohol—just great food and great people.

• Take care of guests with fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Prepare food with pride and attention to quality

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
