About the role

The Paneling Operations Specialist is a key member of the Patient Access Department that aims to improve patient satisfaction and access to care. The Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of provider data and paneling operations for the Enterprise, excluding the IPA. The Specialist monitors, assesses, validates and implements standard paneling operations procedures to ensure alignment to organizational goals and action items as detailed in the Leadership Evaluation Manager. Partners with Patient Access Specialist to measure progress against goals, identify trends, implement process improvements, and make recommendations for required training or performance management. The Specialist functions as the Provider Master Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider data and paneling operations for the Enterprise (excluding the IPA).
• Monitor, assess, validate, and implement standard paneling operations procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Partner with Patient Access Specialists to measure progress against goals, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Make recommendations for required training or performance management.
• Function as the Provider Master Administrator.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, healthcare, organizational management, or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification (minimum green belt) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare process implementation strongly preferred.
• General experience with electronic health records; experience with NextGen preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay

$70,016.76 - $87,520.95 annually

Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
