About the role
Join our team as a Panel Assembly Technician, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help shape high-quality commercial air handling units.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.
- Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions.
- Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.
- Apply insulation to panels as specified.
- Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery.
- Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials and complete tasks.
- Complete production logs and deviation reports.
- Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels.
- Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates an attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to follow instructions and solve routine problems.
- Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire).

Pay
Hiring hourly range: $22.96 - $26.44 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
