PAM RN PRN Hospital Based Tier IV

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN to join our hospital-based Tier IV team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in managing complex cases within a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Tier IV hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient and family education as needed.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably in Tier IV or critical care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work PRN shifts with flexibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
