About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate on luxury residential renovations, contributing creative vision and technical expertise to projects from concept through completion. This role involves working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver bespoke interiors that balance functionality, elegance, and timeless appeal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes tailored to client preferences and project goals.
• Create detailed space plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to communicate design intent.
• Specify finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and custom millwork, ensuring cohesion and quality across all elements.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to oversee project execution, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain design integrity.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and monitor progress.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets without compromising design standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to innovate and elevate our design approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-end residential interior design, with a portfolio showcasing full-home renovations or custom projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) and hand-sketching abilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and ADA compliance as they relate to interior design.
• Exceptional attention to detail, from material selection to installation oversight.
• Ability to interpret and enhance architectural plans to create harmonious interiors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
