Palletizer Operator (Night Shift, $25.40 Starting Hourly Pay (Shift Premium Included))

This is a full-time night shift position working on a consistent 6:45 pm – 7:00 am rotating schedule.

Pay

Starts at $24.40 an hour, plus:

  • $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • $1 night-shift premium

Responsibilities

  • Oversee robotics used to stack boxes of product onto pallets
  • Safely and efficiently stack boxes weighing 45–50 pounds onto pallets as needed
  • Assist with rework by repairing cases of product or identifying cases for return
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and keep completed orders organized in the staging area
  • Maintain and clean equipment, parts, tools, utensils, and work area to meet 5S standards
  • Perform all necessary documentation, including batch records, cleaning forms, room logs, and work orders
  • Consistently meet production needs and goals while minimizing product shrink and downtime
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes; contact maintenance as needed
  • Operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently
  • Actively participate in shift exchanges and work-team meetings
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Follow all safety protocols: stop unsafe acts, report hazards, and support safety policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in a food-manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic data-entry skills (forms, checklists, record transfers)
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication with colleagues and external contacts
  • Problem-solving using knowledge and experience
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Basic computer skills for field-specific software
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain constructive working relationships
  • Ability to work with dairy, nut, and other allergenic ingredients
  • Authorization to work in the United States
