Key Responsibilities
- Stack products onto pallets according to established procedures and customer specifications (Automated Stacking).
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality concerns before palletizing.
- Wrap, band, or secure pallets to ensure product stability during transport.
- Label pallets and complete required documentation accurately.
- Move pallets to designated storage or shipping areas using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Absorb and communicate equipment issues, safety concerns, or product discrepancies to supervisors.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
