Palletizer Operator - 1st Shift
About the role
KIK Consumer Products is a North America's largest independent manufacturer of consumer products. This role is based on site at our Mars, PA facility.
Responsibilities
- Sets up palletizing equipment according to the production schedule
- Maintains palletizing equipment to ensure quality control and recognize any malfunctions with the equipment
- Reports all malfunctions to maintenance and/or supervisor to resolve the problem
- Immediately reports any packaging errors to the Filling Department
- Collaborates with forklift operators to ensure appropriate pallets are used for various products
- Lifts, moves, carries, and stacks cases of finished product as needed
- Operates any of the following equipment as needed; Palletizers and Shrink Wrap Machines
- Ensures product meets quality control standards
- Repackages damaged product to return it to market condition
- Assists in department inventory and performs basic record-keeping duties, as needed
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required. Machine-operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations. Comfortable standing for long periods. Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $21.63 per hour.
Schedule
This role is based on site at our Mars, PA facility with the hours of Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm with overtime on Friday as needed.
