About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters—a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities
- Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection
- Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria
- Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality
- Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals
- Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”)
- May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided)
Requirements
- Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
