PALLET SORTER

About the role

You’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production!

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coincide trailers moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly

Requirements

• A high school degree or GED is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.
• The ability to work overtime when needed is important.

Hourly Pay $18.50/hr.

Schedule

• Wednesday - Sunday 5:00am - 1:30pm
• Friday - Tuesday 5:00am - 1:30pm
• Sunday - Thursday 5:00am - 1:30pm
