Pallet Sorter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Pallet Sorter to join our dynamic team at Capstone Logistics. This position offers rewarding production pay where your output directly impacts your earnings.

Responsibilities

• Sort good pallets from bad and load them into the Case machine using a stand-up forklift
• Minimal physical labor required
• Sweep between shifts

Requirements

• A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
• Lift and carry a minimum of 25-50 lbs, handling various materials
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate
• Must be over the age of 18
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required

Qualifications

Essential skills include being able to lift and carry heavy objects, working in a fast-paced environment, and operating a stand-up forklift. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.

Pay
