Pallet Repair Technician - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Evaluate pallets for damage and perform repairs using nail guns, hammers, pry bars, and other tools.
• Accurately sort pallets by quality and grade after inspection and repair.
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards in a production-based role.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and take on additional duties as assigned.
• Practice Clean as You Go and maintain good housekeeping throughout your shift.
• Safely lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Operate a forklift when required (training and certification provided).

Requirements

• Familiarity with pallet repair tools (nail gun, hammer, pry bar, grinding wheel, Sawzall) is a plus.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay

$14/hour + production incentives. Increase your earnings through our production incentive program. Top performers can earn up to an additional $300 per day in incentive pay.
