Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines are operational before start-up.
• Prepare all spice mixes and make sure they are correctly labeled and weighed.
• Operation of chillers for proper temperatures.
• Build and take down cardboard bins/boxes.
• Product mover; keeping track of bins, source meat and finished product into trailers.
• Product MDP inventory.
• Forklift operation for condemning.
• Scanning and labeling.
• Record keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8+ hours) on a concrete floor.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to climb tall ladders and catwalks.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires basic math skills.
• Must be pallet jack/forklift certified.
• Must be able to stack.

Pay

$17.15 per hour
