Responsibilities

• Repair pallets using power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers)
• Inspect and restore pallets to top condition
• Work fast, hit goals, and keep safety first
• Stay on the move—lifting, bending, and stacking all shift long
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Be ready for overtime when needed (extra pay!)

Requirements

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on work is a plus
• Ability to operate power tools like nail guns, hammers, and saws
• Basic math skills
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
