Requirements

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on work is a plus
• Ability to operate power tools like nail guns, hammers, and saws
• Basic math skills
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Repair pallets using power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers)
• Inspect and restore pallets to top condition
• Work efficiently to meet goals while prioritizing safety
• Stay active—lifting, bending, and stacking throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Be available for overtime when needed
