Paisajista Comercial / Obrero General

Lo que harás (El puesto)

  • Cortar el césped, podar árboles/arbustos, deshierbar y plantar en espacios exteriores vibrantes.
  • Ayudar con instalaciones de paisajismo duro (como patios y muros de contención).
  • Operar de manera segura equipos estándar de paisajismo (cortadoras de césped, podadoras, sopladoras).
  • Cargar, descargar y mantener las herramientas y materiales de tu equipo.
  • Mantenerte seguro cumpliendo con las pautas de la empresa y comunicándote bien con tu cuadrilla.

Requisitos físicos

Altamente activo. Resistencia física para levantar entre 50 y 75 libras y realizar trabajo físico exigente durante todo el día.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia: Se prefiere experiencia previa en paisajismo o un campo relacionado, ¡pero lo que más importa es tu ética de trabajo y tus ganas de aprender!
  • Habilidades con equipos: Capacidad para operar de manera segura maquinaria básica de paisajismo.
  • Transporte: Debes tener tu propio transporte confiable para viajar hacia y desde nuestra oficina principal todos los días.
  • Historial: Debes poder pasar una verificación de antecedentes estándar y una prueba de drogas.
  • Educación: Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria (High School) o equivalente, pero no es obligatorio.
  • Nota sobre conducción (Preferido): ¡Contar con una licencia de conducir de AZ limpia y válida durante los últimos 3 años es una gran ventaja y te abre oportunidades inmediatas de liderazgo y conducción!
