Paintline Technician ~ DETAILER

General Responsibilities

• Safely use and maintain all MAACO equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and use required protective gear.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work efficiently and meet MAACO quality and time standards.
• Use materials cost-effectively.
• Assist other team members when needed to keep production moving.
• Learn and develop skills in sanding, masking, and detailing.

Detailing Responsibilities

• Complete detailing following MAACO procedures.
• Ensure each vehicle is cleaned, reassembled, and ready for customer delivery.
• Average turnaround time: 1 hour per vehicle.

Sanding Responsibilities

• Sand vehicles according to MAACO Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep the masking team supplied with prepped vehicles.
• Target: 1 vehicle sanded per hour.

Masking Responsibilities

• Mask vehicles following MAACO guidelines.
• Keep at least 2 masked vehicles ready for the painter at all times.
