Paintless Dent Repair / Recon Cosmetic Tech

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cosmetic and paint less dent repairs by using trained or acquired techniques and various tools on small to mid-sized dents.
• Complete paint less dent removal and cosmetic repairs as necessary and review all completed work with supervisor.
• Removing trim to gain access to a vehicle’s body and fenders.
• Minor repairs such as small dents and light hail damage.
• Working with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs and/or the overall quality of the vehicle.
• Identifying and completing repairs effectively the first time, to minimize re-work and delays in production.
• Work in ways that decrease the possibility of injury to yourself or other team members in the shop.
• Adhere to Vanguard guidelines, policies and practices and act ethically and with integrity at all times and with all employees.

Qualifications

• Recon cosmetic techniques
• At least 2 years of experience as a Paint Dent Repair technician
• Fast, eager and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform immediate tasks within target time frame
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
