Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform paintless dent repair on a variety of vehicles, including minor dents, door dings, and hail damage
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Use specialized PDR tools and techniques to restore panels without affecting original paint
- Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring repairs meet or exceed customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair timelines and updates
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) required
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
