Responsibilities
- Lead painting crews on residential and commercial projects
- Cookordinate daily job site activities and project workflow
- Maintain quality control throughout all phases of work
- Train, mentor, and support crew members
- Perform painting and preparation work as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and management
- Ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and productive
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional painting experience
- Previous foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of painting systems, coatings, and preparation methods
- Able to manage crews and maintain project schedules
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Pay
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability
