Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site evaluations of luxury residences to assess surface conditions, measurements, and preparation requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, specialty finishes, equipment, and project timelines.
• Interpret architectural plans, designer specifications, and custom finish schedules.
• Create clear, professional proposals outlining project scope, pricing, and schedule.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with production capabilities and budget goals.
• Review completed project costs versus estimates to continuously refine pricing accuracy.

Requirements

• Three (3) years experience in estimating experience
• Strong communication (written and verbal), leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple estimates at once
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
• Spanish speaking a plus
