Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patchingApply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfacesSelect and mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and texturesSet up and break down job sites, including masking, tarping, and protecting surrounding areasOperate brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipmentFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentCollaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines Requirements: Prior experience in commercial or residential painting preferredAbility to prepare and finish surfaces to a high-quality standardComfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and liftsStrong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods About Us: D & D Construction LLC is a trusted construction company based in Canton, OH, known for delivering quality results on every project.
