Painters Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist painters in surface preparation, including sanding, masking, and cleaning.
• Help with mixing and applying primers and paints as directed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Support other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in painting or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
