About the role

Harmony Senior Services, a certified Great Place To Work and one of the country’s fastest-growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking an experienced Painter for a regional role covering senior living communities across Virginia, including locations such as Lorton and Chester. This position requires frequent travel and proficiency in various painting techniques, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Mix paints and other materials according to specifications, utilizing knowledge of color theory
• Read and interpret schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the painting process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ experience working as a professional painter
• Valid state Driver’s License in good standing
