Painter/Utility Maintenance - Ka La`i Waikiki Beach

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply finishes: Paint and polish surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas to meet required standards and timelines
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings: Work with materials like vinyl, fabric, and foil, and maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces with stain, varnish, and lacquer
• Maintain tools and equipment: Keep all painting tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent working condition
• Manage painting supplies: Oversee supply inventory and ensure all paints and solvents are stored safely and properly

About the Role

The Painter Utility Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing skilled painting, finishing, and general maintenance duties throughout the resort to ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and exterior facilities remain aesthetically appealing, safe, and in excellent condition.
