Job Summary

The Painter position is responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touch‑ups, drywall repairs (including tape and bedding), application of texture, sanding, and paint. The Painter also facilitates and coordinates large painting projects for the facility.

Responsibilities

• Mix, match, and apply paint to a variety of surfaces.
• Perform touch‑ups and sanding as needed.
• Repair drywall, including taping and bedding.
• Apply texture to surfaces.
• Coordinate and manage large‑scale painting projects throughout the facility.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Painting experience required.
• Experience in a long‑term care or related health‑care setting preferred (not required).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Commitment to patient/resident safety.
