Painter or Powder Coater

Starting pay is $20.00/hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential for second shift.

About the role

The Powder Coat Line Painter prepares product and equipment, applies powder coat, and ensures quality per customer and company specifications. This role involves working and training across all aspects of the powder coat line.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team, follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by the paint lead
• Operate all equipment required for surface preparation, primer, and topcoat application
• Clean and maintain all equipment and booths
• Operate machinery and equipment to prime truck bodies
• Perform paint rework repairs as needed
• Work in a respirator
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience painting in an industrial setting
• Ability to proficiently perform all listed duties

Pay

$20.00/hour base pay, plus $2.00/hour second shift differential.
