Painter III - Paint Lead - 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Paint Support I: Comply with the company/site safety rules. Maintain clean work environment. Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies. Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
• Paint Support II: All Level I responsibilities. Line setting. Understanding of packaged parts. Communicates with material handlers and maintenance. Completes supervised maintenance activities.
• Paint Support III: All Level I & Level II responsibilities. Sets up and runs the board. Acts as trainer for department. Operates with expectation of zero defects. Escalates appropriately. Identifies safety hazards and actively promotes safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a powder coat painting environment and able to pass a pulmonary function test. (PPE requirement)
