Responsibilities
- Willing to work 5 days/week at job sites around Mat-Su Valley Weekends as needed depending on weather
- Reliable transportation
- Hard working

- Work well with others
- Bend, kneel, lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working at heights of 20-30 regularly
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience painting residential/commercial jobs
- Able to talk to customers about job process and products
- Schedule jobs for the week
- Supervise 2-4 employees
- Work alongside crew lead by example
Qualifications
- Team Lead: Minimum 4 years of experience painting residential/commercial jobs
- Painter: Minimum 1 year of experience painting residential/commercial jobs
- Painter Helper: No painting experience required
