Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Selects correct equipment according to product/part specifications
• Prepares units and unpainted items: degrease, tape, sand and seal
• Performs body work to assure a smooth surface and corrects imperfections before painting
• Spray surfaces, parts and units with primer, paint and/or finish coatings
• Touch up of flaws such as blisters or streaks on painted surfaces, parts and units
• Mixes custom colors and sprays all types of paint
• Cleans equipment and work areas

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred
• Certifications: none
