Painter - Blackberry Farm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Painting & caulking
• Preparing walls and surfaces for painting
• Minor sheetrock installation, patching and repair
• Light to minimal furniture restoration
• Mold and mildew abatement and treatment
• Maintaining current supply inventories
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have 4 years of professional painting experience, or equivalent.
• High School or equivalent diploma required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments regardless of temperature or weather.
• May be required to work long hours.
• Able to safely operate a golf cart, and/or company vehicle.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work will primarily be assigned for locations within the property, including all interior and exterior portions of all buildings, common areas, grounds, and trails.

PAY

The pay rate for this position is $22.00-28.00 per hour.
