Sign-on bonus of $4,081 available for the successful applicant, paid in two installments: $2,040.50 within 30 days of hire date and $2,040.50 twelve months after hire date.

About the role

This Painter position maintains the appearance of 37 residence halls and 400 family apartments that house nearly 9,000 residents. Performs interior and exterior painting functions which include scraping, patching, priming, and painting or staining.
