We aim to be the “one place fixes all” for any kind of small surface damage, offering high-quality, long-lasting repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction. Our process minimizes waste by using minimal materials—often just 1 to 2 tablespoons per repair—resulting in a clean, smell-free experience completed in under two hours. Unlike competitors who opt for complete resurfacing, we provide superior spot repairs that save customers time, money, and materials while reducing landfill waste.

About the Role

As a Surface Experts Technician, you’ll complete small repairs daily, applying creativity and problem-solving skills in diverse settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and construction sites. Watch A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician to learn more.

Responsibilities

In the Field Daily

• Visit 4+ jobsites every day
• Repair damage on-site while providing exceptional customer service to staff and tenants
• Employ creativity to perform unique repairs in various environments

Customer Service and Communication

• Engage with staff and tenants using outstanding customer service
• Keep progress updated with notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Reach out to our Support Team for any questions or issues

Repair Process

• Master our 5-step repair process and apply it in the field
• Utilize your custom-made toolkit effectively
• Think outside the box to create one-of-a-kind repairs

Requirements

• Practical experience with a hands-on trade (e.g., construction, manufacturing, painting, or maintenance)
• Personal hobbies involving hands-on work may also qualify
• Experience with painting (interior, exterior, or visual art) is highly beneficial for color matching
• Strong understanding of color and the ability to manipulate it for repairs
