About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative surface repair service provider. You will be responsible for repairing various surfaces in a variety of settings, including apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and building sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple jobsites daily
• Repair damage on-site using exceptional customer service
• Engage with staff and tenants
• Keep progress updated in our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Reach out to the Support Team for assistance
• Develop an understanding of our 5-step repair process
• Maintain a clean and odor-free environment during repairs
• Use outstanding customer service to resolve issues
• Think creatively to solve problems
• Master a custom-made tool-kit
• Work with a team to solve problems efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow the 5-step repair process
• Use the CRM/Dispatch tool to track progress
• Communicate with the Support Team as needed
• Ensure repairs are completed within two hours
• Minimize materials used and reduce waste
• Adhere to the company’s mission and values

Requirements

• Practical experience in a hands-on trade (construction, manufacturing, painting)
• Ability to understand and manipulate color
• Strong traditional skills combined with modern technology
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a related field preferred
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

Base Salary + Performance-based bonus starting on day 1

Schedule

Visit multiple jobsites daily, with a flexible schedule accommodating mid-week appointments

Visit 4+ jobsites every day

Repair damage on-site, engage with staff and tenants, keep progress updated, reach out to the Support Team, and ensure repairs are completed within two hours
