PAINTER

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents
• Possess a positive attitude and desire to lead by example
• Work both independently and as a member of a team
• Be organized and able to prioritize
• Identify and report to management issues involving employees, property, or residents
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments in a timely manner
• Paint and/or touch up paint as needed
• Work overtime when needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders to various heights
• Assist Supervisor/Manager/Area Director with other tasks and duties relative to community operations as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Adept troubleshooting abilities
• Sound decision-making skills
• Initiative to undertake responsibilities and tackle challenges
• At least 2 years' experience with painting, commercial or residential preferred
