Responsibilities
- Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents
- Possess a positive attitude and desire to lead by example
- Work both independently and as a member of a team
- Be organized and able to prioritize
- Identify and report to management issues involving employees, property, or residents
- Complete service requests in occupied apartments in a timely manner
- Paint and/or touch up paint as needed
- Work overtime when needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders to various heights
- Assist Supervisor/Manager/Area Director with other tasks and duties relative to community operations as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Adept troubleshooting abilities
- Sound decision-making skills
- Initiative to undertake responsibilities and tackle challenges
- At least 2 years' experience with painting, commercial or residential preferred
